12-Green chili – 2 (cut lengthwise)
13-Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp
14-Asafoetida – 1 to 2 pinches

Aloo Jeera Recipe-Method
To make cumin potatoes, heat a pan. While the pan is hot, cut and prepare the potatoes. For this, take potatoes one by one and cut it into 4 parts with a knife. we’ve taken small-medium potatoes, so we’ve made 4 pieces. Large potatoes also can be dig more pieces.

After the pan is heated, add 2 tablespoons of oil thereto . As soon because the oil is hot, add asafetida and cumin seeds to the pan. When the cumin seeds crackle, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chillies, ginger, kasoori methi, red chillies and potatoes to the oil.
