250g fish / fish (boneless)
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp nigella seeds
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp mustard powder
A pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste
Oil as needed

To form fish tikka masala, we’ll first prepare its masala.
In a vessel, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, rye powder, coriander powder, fennel and turmeric properly.
Wash the fish, cut it into pieces and blend it well by adding it to the curd mixture in order that the spices mix well.
Keep the fish with spices marinating for half an hour.
After this, put oil during a nonstick pan in medium heat and keep it for heating.
Apply the fish pieces on a toothpick or sticks and cook during a pan. Keep alternating sticks in between.
When they become golden in color, take them out on a plate.
Fish tikka masala is prepared . Serve with condiment or green chutney.
