For Fafda Recipe :
Gram Flour/Chickpea Flour : 1/2 cup
Ajwain/Carom Seeds : 1 tbsp or to taste
Squashed Black Pepper : 1 tbsp
Heating Soda : a squeeze
Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
Oil : 3 tbsp + varying for profound fry
Salt to taste
Water varying
Step By Step Instructions To Make Fafda :
1. In a blow, include 2 tbsp oil, salt, turmeric powder, squashed dark pepper, ajwain seeds, and bicarbonate of pop together during a bowl and mix well.
2. Include the gram flour/chickpea flour, include water gradually and make a delicate batter somewhat like chapatti mixture.
