Make Paneer Kolhapuri Like This-ऐसे बनाइए पनीर कोल्हापुरी
200 gm pot cheese
2 dry red chillies
1 large cardamom
1 piece cinnamon
1 bay leaf
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 piece ginger chopped
2 tablespoons coriander leaves
2 tsp coriander seeds
2 tsp mole
1/4 cup grated coconut
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp red flavorer
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
A pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
To make Kolhapuri Paneer, firstly cut onion, tomato and paneer in pieces.
Put roasted cinnamon, cloves, large cardamom, whole coriander, bay leaves, dry red flavorer , cardamom, nutmeg powder during a pan on medium heat.
Now add sesame seeds and coconut and fry them till they turn golden brown. remove the spices during a plate.
After this, fry onion and garlic within the same pan.
Now add green coriander and blend it and switch off the warmth .
Now add roasted spices and roasted onion-garlic and water during a grinder jar and make a paste.
Kolhapuri masala is prepared .
Now place the oil within the pan again on medium flame to heat it.
Add tomatoes and fry them lightly.
Add turmeric powder, red flavorer and asafetida and cook it.
Then add Kolhapuri masala and water and cook for two minutes. take care to not dilute the gravy.
Now add salt, mix it well and cook while stirring.
Put paneer pieces in it and rotate it lightly and cook for 5-10 minutes and switch off the gas.
Kolhapuri Paneer is prepared . Serve with roti, rice.
