Ingredients Of Besan Kadhi
3 cups yogurt
1 cup gram flour
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp asafoetida
2 tsp cumin seeds
5-6 whole red chillies
For Tempering:
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp red chilli powder

To Make Pakoras:
1 cup gram flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil

Method Of Making Besan Kadhi
1. Mix gram flour, turmeric, red chili powder, salt and garam masala.
2.Now make a smooth batter by adding curd to it, add water to it.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add asafetida, cumin seeds and whole red chillies.
4. Now in this tempering, add gram flour and curd and boil the prepared mixture.
5. Cook on low flame when it is not thick enough.

To make Pakoras:
1. Make a batter by mixing all the ingredients. Keep the batter aside for 15 minutes.
2. Heat half a cup of oil in a pan.
3. Throw the pakoras mixture well so that it becomes lighter and longer.
4. Fry the pakoras in the medium after heating the flame.
5. When the pakoras turn golden brown, take them out of the oil and keep them aside.
6.Now add the pakoras to the kadhi.
7. Remove the hot hot kadhi into a serving dish.
8. Heat the ghee, add red chili powder to it, add it to the pan and garnish quickly.
