Ingredients:

• 250 gms paneer
• ½ cup curd
• 1 tsp ginger-chili paste
• 1 tsp red-chili powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• ½ tsp chaat masala
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp cumin powder
• ½ tsp sugar
• Small bunch of mint leaves
• Small bunch of coriander leaves
• ½ tsp juice
• Salt to taste

Optional Ingredients:

• 1 medium-sized onion
• 1 small-sized tomato
• 1 small capsicum

Method:

• First place curd during a muslin cloth and canopy it completely. Leave it hung for about 4 to five hours to empty all the surplus water.
• Then cut equal pieces of paneer and keep aside.
• Now prepare a paste of mint leaves, coriander leaves, and ginger-chili paste.
• Take the hung curd during a bowl and add the prepared paste.
• Then add all the spices, salt, and juice.
• within the bowl then put the cut paneer pieces.
• Marinate paneer for nearly half an hour.
• consistent with the taste you’ll also marinate onion pieces, capsicum, and tomato alongside paneer. (optional step)
• Then take some oil during a non-stick pan and shallow fry the marinated stuff.
• Sprinkle pinch chaat masala and serve hot with mint chutney.
