Samosa Pav Mix Veg Recipe For Evening Snack-Samosa may be a famous recipe that’s prepared on every occasion in every household. it’s also celebrated on the occasion of street food. Often potato masala is added thereto , but here we’ll use different vegetables.

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour (all purpose flour)
3 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon celery
1/2 teaspoon juice
4 Potatoes, boil, peel and mash
1/2 cup Green Peas, boil
1/4 cup carrots, boiled and cut
1/4 teaspoon mustard
1/4 tsp coriander seeds
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
5 curry leaves
3 Green Chillies, finely chopped
1 inch Ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
Oil for frying

Samosa Pav Mix Veg Recipe For Evening Snack

1-To make Vegetable Samosa Recipe, first of all add maida, salt, oil, celery and juice during a large bowl and blend well. Slowly add water and knead it well. Keep it aside.

2-Now heat oil during a pan. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. After tempering, add onion, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger, and cook till the onion becomes soft.

3-After the onion becomes soft, add red flavorer , coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and blend it well.

4-After 2 minutes add mashed potatoes, green peas, carrots and blend well. Add green coriander, cook for two minutes and your masala is prepared .

5-Now take balls of medium size and take a touch thick bale. Now cut it in half. Now apply water on the corner and make a cone .

6-Now add samosa mixture and blend it on top. Make all the samosas like this.

7-Now heat oil during a pan. Add samosas thereto one by one and cook till it turns golden brown. Now put it on the kitchen towel in order that more oil absorbs. Serve.

Serve the vegetable samosa recipe with coriander mint chutney and masala tea for dinner.
